By accessing or using the Tremorian Royal website at tremorianroyalinn.com (the "Website"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website. Your continued use of the Website following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "the user") and ("we", "us" or "the Company"), the entity that owns and operates the Tremorian Royal hotel and casino property located at .

5. Reservation Requests, Rates and Booking Terms
5.1 Nature of Enquiries
Submitting a reservation request through the Website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A binding reservation is formed only when the Company issues a written booking confirmation to you by email.
5.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when submitting a reservation request or any other enquiry form on the Website. The Company accepts no responsibility for errors arising from inaccurate information supplied by you.
5.3 Rates and Pricing
Room rates and any other pricing displayed on the Website are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate unless expressly stated otherwise. 5.4 Cancellation and Modification
Cancellation and modification conditions specific to each rate type will be set out in your booking confirmation. Where a non-refundable rate is selected, no refund will be issued in the event of cancellation or no-show. For flexible rate bookings, cancellation must be received by the deadline stated in your confirmation to avoid penalty charges.
5.5 No-Shows
If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and have not cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, the Company reserves the right to charge the applicable no-show fee as stated in your booking confirmation and to release your room.
5.6 Guest Conduct on Property
All guests and visitors to the Tremorian Royal premises are required to comply with the property's House Rules, which are available at the front desk and may be provided on request prior to arrival. The Company reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the premises who breaches those rules.
6. Age Restriction
Access to the casino facilities at Tremorian Royal is restricted to persons aged 18 years and over. This requirement applies at all times the casino is in operation, without exception.
Valid government-issued photographic identification may be required to verify age before entry to casino areas is granted. Acceptable forms of identification include, without limitation, a New Zealand driver licence, New Zealand passport or equivalent overseas government-issued document. The Company's staff are authorised to refuse entry to any person who is unable to produce satisfactory evidence of age.
Guests who are under 18 years of age are not permitted in any designated gaming area, regardless of whether they are accompanied by an adult.
7. Responsible Gaming
